Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital stock photos, there are no refunds on downloadable files or Content, with the exceptions as noted below. All refunds are subject to the discretion and approval of LookLagoon Inc. Proof of purchase is required. To be approved, refunds must be requested within five days (5) days from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be issued for the following special circumstances only:

  1. A customer has unintentionally purchased a duplicate copy or multiple copies of the same file.
  2. A customer has been unsuccessful in downloading a file, provided that LookLagoon Inc. determines that the person has been unable to download the image successfully. 
  3. A file that has been downloaded is damaged or corrupted in some way, as verified by LookLagoon Inc.

If a customer has downloaded a file but is unable to open it due to incompatible software or computer issues on the customer's end, LookLagoon Inc. is not responsible. 

Discount codes must be applied before checkout and cannot be applied or refunded after the purchase has been made.

Once we have received a refund request sent to us on our contact page, and have reviewed the file, we will send an email to notify of the approval or rejection of the refund. Under some circumstances, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund. For example, if the downloadable file was bundled with others for pricing purposes, then it may qualify for an exchange instead of a refund. If the refund request is approved, it will then be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the refunded account.
